IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL REGISTERED STUDENTS
1. The students who have completed online registration on https://bamuadm.samarth.edu.in/ are advised to take a print of application form and attach all relevant document copies (Photocopies of Marks memo / Statement of Grades, Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate (if applicable), Reservation Claim Certificates such as Caste Certificates, Validity, Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable), Income Certificate (if applicable)) and others as applicable to be attached with Printed form. Complete form with all necessary documents to be submitted to the office of concern department till 19th July 2025.
2. The concern department will check / scrutinize the documents submitted by the student on online mode (Document Scrutiny) as well as offline mode.
3. In the case of discrepancy observed it will be completed with the 24th July 2025 positively. Any application or submission of discrepancy document after 24th July will not be considered.
4. Declaration of General Merit List : 28th July 2025
5. Last date of Submission of Grievance on General Merit List: 30th July 2025
6. Declaration of Revised General Merit List : 01st Aug 2025
7. Declaration of First Merit List : 04th Aug 2025
8. Admissions of First Merit List : 4nd Aug to 07th Aug 2025
9. Declaration of Second Merit List (Against Vacant Seats) : 9th Aug 2025
10. Admissions of Second Merit List 9th Aug : 14th Aug 2025
11. Spot Admission (Against Vacant Seats) : 18st Aug 2025
12. Commencement of First Semester Classes : 11th Aug 2025
