Master of Science(Nano Technology)
1) Candidate with bachelor's degree in any of science, engineering technology or pharmacy shall be held eligible for admission to the M.Sc. First Year (Semester-I) in Nanotechnology and specialization emerging here after. with mathematics as one of the subjects at least till H.S.C. i.e. 12th standard shall be held eligible for admission to M.Sc. in Nanotechnology.
2) Candidate with B.Sc./ B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Pharm. / degree examination of this university or any other university as equivalent there to with minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved category) shall be eligible for admission to M.Sc. Nanotechnology. However, National eligibility test qualified candidates for M.Sc. and meritorious candidates would be given preference at the time of admission. 1)First Preference- A candidate shall be admitted to the first year (Semester-I) Course for the Master’s degree in the Faculty of Arts or social Science as the case may be provided, he satisfies the following conditions. Candidate must have passed the Bachelor’s Degree examination in the concerned Faculty of this University or an Examination of other University recognized as equivalent thereto. However, the candidate seeking admission in a subject at his Bachelor’s Degree level. * Other subject student’s will have to complete bridge course of one semester duration which is mandatory.

A candidate who has passed the Bachelor’s degree Examination in any Faculty in Compulsory Language/ second Language shall be eligible for admission to the M.A. Course in the respective language.
Second Preference- any UG Degree holder from any faculty can get admission by completing Concern subjects’ 6 months short term course or bridge Course or fundamental course in the department.

2) The merit list for admission to postgraduate course will be prepared by the university departments. It will be MERIT based admissions, the merit will be based on the marks secured by the candidate as follows:
a) In case of optional subject, the marks obtained by the applicant in the respective optional subject during the third or final year of their degree course;
b) In case of honors degree program, the percentage obtained by the student / applicant in the final year will be considered excluding non-honors subject appeared by the student / applicant if any.
